IDAS is the largest specialist charity in Yorkshire supporting people affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. We work across York, North Yorkshire, Barnsley and Sheffield.
Your support will help us to continue to provide refuge accommodation, community services and support for children and young people. During the pandemic, our teams have been responding to an increase in referrals. In 2020 alone we dealt with over 22,000 referrals, with more than 20,000 calls to our helplines and provided direct support to more than 10,000 victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Every donation really does make a difference to families who have found the courage and strength to flee domestic abuse and now need your help to rebuild their lives.
