Story
CHRIS MOSZ in 2019 was granted the honour of attending The Royal College of Music in London as an Il Circolo Music Award Holder.
I simply can't say how much Il Circolo continued support means to me. With everything going on in the world you still choose to support a brighter future through these hard times. I hope to sing for you as soon as I can. I am currently in America staying in my hometown where I have a contract with Tulsa Opera as their Resident Artist for this season. I will be singing the role of Matteo Borsa, and covering the Duca in theirupcoming production of Rigoletto. I get to share the stage with some notable american opera stars, such as Sarah Coburn and Morris Robinson. I say stage because it will actually be taking place on a baseball field to help maintain proper social distancing practices. The company knows full well that I will be taking courses online, and that my education comes first. I feel lucky to have opportunities like attending this school safely from home, and singing in a production well before I thought I would. I truly want nothing more than to be on Prince Consort road walking into my school to sing, collaborate, and learn. Until then, know that my eagerness will only grow as does my yearning to get back on the Britten Theatre stage. Earnestly, Chris Mosz
NICOLA SIAGRI was Il Circolo Music Award Holder of 2018
Of course, studying in London is challenging, and receiving a scholarship such as this does offer considerable help in managing to live here, in the more straightforward economical way, but also with knowing that I am not alone in my journey and that there are generous people willing to help. I thank you once again for the support, and I hope to maybe be seeing you at the RoyalCollege of Music. Yours sincerely, Nicola Siagri
