Sleep Out gives us the opportunity for us to provide an experience that recognises, but does not replicate the experience, of homelessness. Although it is likely to be an uncomfortable night, you'll be taking on this challenge by choice. For the women and young people that we support, sleeping in an unsafe setting is often a necessity.

This October we're asking you to take on the challenge of Sleeping Out anywhere other than your bed to raise vital funds to help young people and women evade homelessness here in Wales.

Whether you chose to sleep in your office with colleagues, the garden with friends, or in a homemade den in the living room with your family, your support will help to change the lives of the people we support.
