How do I take part?

1. Sign up by setting up your JustGiving fundraising page. Simply click Start fundraising above and follow the steps.

2. Complete your distance in your own time.

3. Let us know when you have completed your distance.

4. Spread the word to let everyone know that you are helping stop MS by sharing photos on social media using the hashtag #MyMSRun and tag @mssocietyuk
