Story

This January, the RED community will be getting active every single day, to support their mental wellbeing. Whether it's running 5k, or walking to work a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin - thousands of people around the UK will be kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way.

RED is proud to be partnering with leading mental health charity Buckinghamshire Mind, with all funds raised helping to continue their vital work to ensure no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
