Mary Browns Story
Mary Brown found a lump that was later diagnosed as breast cancer. When the bills started piling up, she was concerned how she could continue to get the lifesaving care she needed. She then learned she was eligible for a grant from the Sharon MacDonald Breast Health Fund that would cover the cost of treatment.
"It was an overwhelming blessing because the bills started coming in. I had radiation for 30 straight days, and they told me not to worry about it, they had my back" said Mary.
Now in remission, Mary donates whenever she can, even if it's just a dollar.
