RED participants across the South Lakes will challenge themselves to be active for 31 consecutive days in January.
If its running 5K, walking to working a new way, a morning swim or just taking the bike for a spin join the thousands of people around the UK kick-starting their 2019 in the most positive way. We are lucky enough to live in the Lake District - why not try something new, climb a mountain, Nordic walk, paddle board, wild swim or even ski your way through January! Your Challenge. Your Choice.
By supporting RED you will help promote the opportunity for everyone to be more active and to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
You will also raise vital funds for South Lakeland Mind to provide new opportunities for our clients to try a wide range of new activities to improve their wellbeing - recognising that the benefits of being active are even greater for those living with mental ill health.
Participants and sponsors will all be contributing to our aim of ensuring that everyone living with mental ill health receives the support and respect they deserve.
