Woking & Sam Beare Hospices is a charity and we rely on donations to be able to provide our specialist care free-of-charge to every patient. We do not receive government funding.

2,000 people each year, and their families and carers, receive vital support including counselling, day care, physiotherapy, community nurse visits at home, and specialist care in our 20-bed hospice. Above all, we put each individual patient and their needs and wishes at the heart of our approach to each person's care.

We have around 800 wonderful volunteers who help in many ways, including as therapists, counsellors, drivers, in our shops and retail warehouse, in our offices and gardens and in many other ways. They give as much time as they are able to and use their skills and experience to help our charity - we couldn't do it without them!

It costs £9.6million each year for us to care for our local community - and we can't do it without you! Your donation helps us raise £4 out of every £5 we spend on care. Thank you so much for helping us to continue to care.
