Where: Whitton Community Centre, Percy Road, Twickenham, TW2 6JL

Every Tuesday:

Session 1: Tai Chi with Michael (indoor)

Session 2: Qi Gong with Michael (indoor)

Max 16 participants at each session.

Tai Chi session time: 12.15pm-1pm

Join us for a cuppa at 1pm both groups welcome.

Qi Gong session time: 1.15pm- 2.00pm

Every Wednesday:

- Nordic Walking with Kay (outdoor) Meet at 1.15pm for 1.30pm start

- Bollywood Fitness with Georgia (indoor) Meet at 1.30pm for 1.50pm start
