We are based in Antrim, we run weekly meet- ups to support families with young people aged 8 -18 both those with a diagnosis of autism and/or associated conditions and those going through the diagnosis process. We provide a safe place to make friends with those who are facing similar challenges.

Story

We are a local organisation based in Antrim, for young people aged 8 -18 both those with a diagnosis of autism and/or associated conditions and those going through the diagnosis process, their siblings and their families.

Our groups usual activities include weekly meet- ups that provide support, helps families make friends with those who are facing similar challenges and run courses to learn new skills.

While there is no cure for autism there are only therapies and intervention tools, the current Covid 19 situation many of our young people feel abandoned, families have reported that their young peoples mental health is suffering. We have had an increase of services needed over the last 12 months and with our move it will again increase these due to the location of the new unit, we are fundraising towards the new fit out and furnishings and all money raised will help towards this.

Our moving project includes : Electric work, Plumbing work, supplying and fitting a disabled toilet, shelving, cosmetic decortations and building control applications.

We appreciate any donation you can make towards helping us to complete these works. Thank you.
