Every year thousands of people spend their last days in a hospital bed, without any visitors.

The Anne Robson Trust believes no one deserves to die alone. They help hospitals set up teams of volunteer visitors, to sit with dying patients, and support those they will leave behind.

A team of intrepid cyclists are tackling the Ride London 100 to raise funds, so more people can receive the care and companionship they want at the end of their life.

Every £5 raised could enable a volunteer visitor for someone dying in hospital.
