End-of-life is a time for the love, care and support of family but unfortunately too many people spend their last days and hours alone in hospital.The Anne Robson Trust want to ensure no one has to die alone. They help hospitals set up teams of volunteer visitors for patients, and they run an end-of-life helpline.

Melissa (sister to those who don't know!) and I will be donning the lycra to cycle, alongside our husbands, 100k at Ride London on Sunday 26th May. Please help us fundraise for this wonderful charity which provides dignity, compassion and support for people at this vulnerable stage of their life.
