In March we all went into lockdown and in September many of the young people we work with returned to school. The impact of lockdown increased anxiety for our young people and meant less contact with their peers and their local community. The transition back to school has been a big challenge for those we support. Mentoring Plus is here to support mental health and well being and we work with young people facing challenges whatever this might be. Demand is currently high and since March we have been unable to hold any events and raise much needed funds - Bath Marches gives us a great opportunity to build on the exercise we did in lockdown but more importantly to stride out and raise money for young people in our community who deserve our support.
