That's why Bath Mind are hosting our first ever Mental Elf fun run in 2023, and it’s going to be a ho-ho-whole lot of fun!

Taking place on Sunday 10th December, this Christmas-tastic family fun run is open to all ages and takes place along a 5km course at Odd Down Sports Ground.

Why support and/or take part in Mental Elf?

As a local and independent mental health charity, we are here to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health through the provision of information, activities, advice, and support.

Taking part in Mental Elf is a fun and enjoyable way to support both your own AND your community’s mental health and wellbeing.

By running and supporting this 5k fun run, you will help us provide support to everyone in Bath & North East Somerset who experiences mental distress or may be at risk of poor mental health.
