The 125 Challenge

Do something incredible this National Eating Disorder Week and take on the 125 Challenge for the 1.25m people living with an eating disorder in the UK.
Do something incredible this National Eating Disorder Week and take on the 125 Challenge for the 1.25m people living with an eating disorder in the UK.
Between 24th February and 2nd March, we’re asking our incredible supporters, mentors and mentees to take on 1 personal challenge, 2 times a day, for 5 days of the week.
By pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, and raising money for Been There, you can help us be there for more people struggling with an eating disorder or body image distress.
It's devastating to think that any of the 1.25million people living with an eating disorder are having to cope with debilitating symptoms or feelings of shame and isolation alone. With mental health services at breaking point, Been There is here to offer timely, compassionate peer- support through our unique online service.
By connecting those seeking support with a volunteer mentor who has been through similar struggles, we use the power of shared experiences to reduce feelings of isolation and shame, prevent conditions from escalating offer renewed hope on the path to recovery.
So please join us for our very first Been There 125 Challenge. Every step, skip or spin you complete - and every pound you raise - will help us be there for more of the 1.25million people who need our support.
Thank you.
