🎯 Our Mission

Locally, Fitworks Training and KBX will be hosting the challenge at Fitworks Training HQ, Beaconsfield, raising money for two incredible charities. Our aim? To foster a sense of unity through movement and to make a meaningful impact on mental health awareness both locally and globally.

🌍 Beyond Beaconsfield – A Global Movement

It’s not just happening here. Small businesses, gyms, and studios across the world will be joining forces, training and moving together for the same 24 hours! Each will be raising funds for charities close to their hearts, making this a truly global event for change!

We are doing this for the amazing charity Been There, who provide compassionate and relatable peer-support for people struggling with an eating disorder or body image issue.

With around 1.25million people living with an eating disorder in the UK - and mental health services at breaking point - their work has never been more vital.

Through their unique online service, Been There connects people seeking support with a volunteer mentor who has experienced similar struggles. This can be a lifeline for someone when they're at their lowest ebb - helping to reduce feelings of isolation and shame, prevent conditions from escalating offering renewed hope on the path to recovery.

There will be a BBQ and after party at the Beaconsfield rugby club so come and join the weekend of the 24HourFindYourFit!

Thank you for supporting my 24 HourFindYourFit event - every pound makes a difference!
