Here at H&F Giving, we are passionate about Hammersmith and Fulham. We know it’s a wonderful place to live, work and call home. But scratch beneath the surface and a worrying picture emerges. One of poverty, isolation and inequality.

Our recent research showed that a staggering 1 in 3 children in the borough is growing up in poverty, 49% of people over 65 are income deprived and our communities are becoming more isolated, with those aged 18-25, along with older adults, experiencing high levels of loneliness and isolation.

That’s why we need to come together as a community for A Better Hammersmith and Fulham. We have ambitious plans for our borough. Over the next three years, we are aiming to raise £1m, but we need your help to do this.

The money raised will go to local organisations who are doing incredible work right here. This is local money going to local people.

There are so many ways to get involved, but we are calling for 100 Champions in our area to raise £1,000. A Champion could be an individual, a sports team, a group of friends, work colleagues, a local company. Really we don’t mind, we just ask that you are united with us in our ambition to make Hammersmith and Fulham a better place to be.

After all, these are your neighbours and this is your Hammersmith and Fulham.
