What a brilliant day, well done all of you! Seven students and one member of staff braved it! And we had a guest barber...Headmaster Mr Edwards!
The students of MRC completed 3rd annual Brave the Shave to raise money for their local, independent specialist palliative care service, the Midhurst Macmillan Service.
Committing to a Brave the Shave is a courageous thing to do - shaving all your hair off for charity. It's poignant and respectful too - mirroring the hair loss some patients endure during their cancer treatment.
But it's an exciting and fun event and we're really looking forward to it on Friday 14 March at MRC.
Jason Stevens, local mechanic and Brave the Shave pioneer, passed on these words of support to the young people bravely following in his footsteps
Ensure you do your intensive training (i.e. conditioning) and I look forward to seeing a bumper harvest on 14 March
