Get together with friends, family and colleagues to support St Lukes Hospice on Saturday 6th April at our Bubble Rush 2019.

Bubble Rush is a 5k run with a difference. Four Bubble Stations are positioned around the course and as you pass through each station you'll be immersed in a rainbow of colourful frothy bubbly fun!

The Bubble Rush is a family friendly event open to all ages and abilities and is suitable for groups, individuals and keen runners alike. Dont worry if you are not a runner because the course is not timed - the most important thing is that you have fun! Join us for the bubbliest, frothiest 5k in Harrow - All participants will receive a FREE Bubble Rush T-shirt.

The run kicks off at 12pm at Kenton Recreation Ground (registration at 10:30am).

Raising Funds:

The Bubble Rush is a sponsored event, to raise money for patient care at St Luke's Hospice. We ask all our participants to aim to raise £100 so that we can continue to help people in the local community with terminal illnesses.

£80 would fund one of our nurses for a day whilst £140 would pay for essential drugs for all of our patients for one day, to help manage pain and nausea.

*The foam mixture used at Bubble Rush is completely natural and safe, with a very low pH balance. The dye in the foam gives vibrant colours, however it is a food dye and is water soluble so its environmentally friendly too.
