We're excited to be opening a new chapter in the history of St Andrew's as we look to restore our building and create new opportunities for our local community.

If you're a local resident or regular visitor, you'll have seen that our wonderful Church desperately needs significant work. There are cracks in some of the walls and netting around the spire. We're on Historic England’s ‘Heritage At Risk’ register.

Furthermore, we want to improve the layout of the internal space and give it a much-needed facelift. We welcome hundreds of people weekly to worship, learn, and participate in community groups, and we want to extend this welcome even further!

It’s an exciting, ambitious project which is estimated to cost around £5 million. To kickstart the process, we’ve brought in experienced external consultants to support us with fundraising and public consultation, and put in place a Building Committee to oversee project development.
