When the phone rings, we do not get to choose the weather, the terrain or the hour. We simply go.

Across our region, people can find themselves seriously injured or critically ill in places that are hard to reach and far from immediate help. When every second matters, our helicopters and critical care teams are dispatched, often travelling across remote landscapes to reach those who need us most.

The Cleveland 4 Peaks Sunrise Challenge will see participants take on a 13-mile route across some of the North East's most iconic landmarks, including Roseberry Topping, Captain Cook's Monument, Codhill Heights and Highcliffe Nab.

Setting off before dawn, you'll experience the beauty of the region as it awakens around you. Watch the sunrise from the hills, take in breathtaking panoramic views, and enjoy a unique walking challenge alongside fellow supporters, all while raising vital funds for the Great North Air Ambulance Service.

Every step you take helps us stay ready for the next call. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on the generosity of people like you who believe everyone deserves the best possible chance of survival, wherever they are.
