Every family supported by Tŷ Hafan faces a journey they never expected to take. For the dads and uncles involved in Catch22Peaks, this challenge is about giving something back to the charity that has been there for them through the toughest times.

Over four days, a team of around 12 dads and uncles will travel the length and breadth of Wales, reaching the highest point in each of the country's 22 historic counties by foot and bike. Battling fatigue, steep climbs and long days, they will push themselves to their limits in support of children with life-shortening conditions and the families who love them.

Tŷ Hafan provides vital care, comfort and support when families need it most. Many of the participants have experienced that support first-hand and understand the difference it makes during life's most challenging moments.

Catch22Peaks is more than an endurance challenge. It is a powerful show of determination, friendship and gratitude. Every mile travelled and every summit reached is dedicated to raising awareness and funds so that Tŷ Hafan can continue providing exceptional care to children and families across Wales.
