As Cardiff's local hospice, we care for patients and their families at what can be the most difficult time of their lives. On average, we receive 100 new patient referrals per month and look after around 550 patients at any one time. Our aim is to ensure every patient can live their lives to the fullest for as long as possible and create lasting memories for their families

Our services are provided free of charge, meaning we need to raise more than £3m each year to ensure we can keep sending our nurses out into the local community. By joining City Hospice's Wag this Way you can help us continue to care for patients with life-limiting illnesses, and their families.
