Jess Lowe & Mat Poulton are taking on a huge challenge and abseiling down one of Cardiff’s tallest buildings, all in support of an incredible charity: City Hospice.

Did you know City Hospice is the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in the capital? Their services are provided free of charge, meaning the charity needs to raise more than £3 million each year to ensure they can keep sending their nurses out into the local community.

City Hospice is at the heart of Cardiff, providing end of life care to patients in the local community. With your support, we can continue to provide specialist palliative care to people at home, offer welfare advice to those who need it, and counselling for loved ones.
