Visit the charity's profileGet your festive wear ready! We are inviting friends, families and colleagues to get involved with our Christmas Jolly Jumpers Campaign. All you need to do is pick a date to get your jumpers on and make a donation to City Hospice.
By getting Christmassy for City Hospice, you'll be helping to provide much needed hospice care to patients all over Cardiff during the festive period. Plus, all monies you raise by taking part in Jolly Jumpers will be match funded by the Hodge Foundation. So if there's any time to donate, now is the perfect time.
