City Hospice is Cardiff's local hospice, providing vital end-of-life care for patients and support for their families when they need us most. Our mission is simple: to help people live life to the fullest, with dignity and comfort, while creating lasting memories with their loved ones.

Jolly Jumpers is back for 2022!

Get your festive wear ready! We are inviting friends, families and colleagues to get involved with our Christmas Jolly Jumpers Campaign. All you need to do is pick a date to get your jumpers on and make a donation to City Hospice.

By getting Christmassy for City Hospice, you'll be helping to provide much needed hospice care to patients all over Cardiff during the festive period. Plus, all monies you raise by taking part in Jolly Jumpers will be match funded by the Hodge Foundation. So if there's any time to donate, now is the perfect time. Thank you for supporting City Hospice!
