Your donation will enable the Hospice to deliver their essential services to care for over 1200 patients and their families every year throughout Cardiff. City Hospice care for people facing a terminal cancer diagnosis, and other life limiting illnesses, in their own home enabling them to stay at home, wherever possible, with their families. All money raised through Jolly Jumpers will help provide care over the festive period. All of City Hospices services are free of charge and the hospice must raise £2m each year to continue to care for the people in our communities.
