Aspire is a national charity that supports people with spinal cord injury. Every 4 hours somebody is paralysed by a spinal cord injury and we provide practical help supporting them from injury to independence.

To help raise funds for the charity we are organising an Aspire Class-a-thon, 7 classes, in 7 hours on 7th May via Zoom and we would love you to join us!
