Dear friends,
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to upend all aspects of our livesfrom the ways we work and learn, to the ways we gather with friends and family. Everyone has been affected, including the Medic One Foundation and our ability to raise funds for this years class of 24 paramedics.
The annual Lifesavers Gala is being re-imagined this year as an online fundraiser. While many of us can isolate and hunker down, our first responders are still on the front lines every day saving lives. And now, more than ever, they need our support.
The Medic One Foundation is the sole source of funding for the training program. Please join me in ensuring that our region has the optimal number of Medic One paramedics needed to respond to the ongoing COVID-19 crises, in addition to other medical emergencies that threaten the lives of thousands each year.
