May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Combined Charity is proud to continue our Move for Mental Health campaign, celebrating the power of movement in all its forms to boost mental wellbeing and raise vital funds for mental health support.
We know that being active—one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing—can make a real difference to how we feel, physically and mentally. This May, we’re inviting everyone to move with purpose, start conversations, and show that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
Whether it’s a daily mile, a dance-a-thon, a team challenge, or a moment of mindful movement, every step counts—and we’re here to cheer you on every step, roll, or stretch of the way.
