Organised by Rackets CubedThe Roehampton Community Box started as a response to Covid , but has grown into something much bigger. We are helping to support our local community. We now have a hub welcoming around 200 families where they can choose items they need each week.

The Community Boxes were launched in April 2020 in response to the COVID lock down. The programme quickly grew to supporting over 2,000 families across the country. We currently support c.1,000 families and have given out over 100,000 boxes and over 1.7million meals to date. We have transitioned in Roehampton to a social supermarket which is proving to be hugely popular. This allows our families to choose what they need rather than just getting a box of items .
We started in Roehampton and now have copied this model across all our hub sites across the country.
