We were originally a charity for people living with MS where they could access physiotherapy and oxygen therapy to help relieve their symptoms.
Now, 40 years later, we provide a wide range of vital services to those living with a range of neurological conditions including MS, Stroke, Parkinson's and Long Covid.
For our 40th year we are launching an ambitious campaign to raise £40,000 so that we can continue to provide subsidised therapies and support to those who need it most.
With my mobility issues, going to different therapists in different locations is impossible. Compass has been life-changing for me. Everything I need is right here.
