We are so excited to launch our first ever Mental Elf 5km event.

On Sunday 26th November we hope to bring the community together, have loads of festive fun but all together have one goal - to support better mental health and wellbeing across Conwy County.

We all know Christmas can be an extra difficult time for some people and at Conwy Mind we see a rise in calls and people needing support. Money raised during Mental Elf can help us ensure nobody faces a mental health issue alone.

Thanks to our runners and everyone who sponsors them we can support more people, answer more phone calls, and speak louder for everyone affected by mental health in Conwy.
