On Sunday 26th November I will be taking part in Conwy Mind's first Mental Elf 5k fun run (walk)!

I’m walking in support of a friend who has recently lost her husband to his mental health battles.

No one should feel lost or like they don’t have somewhere to turn and it can be hardest to talk to those we love.

Mental Elf aims to bring the community together, provide festive fun but all together have one goal - to support better mental health and wellbeing across Conwy County.

We all know Christmas can be an extra difficult time for some people and at Conwy Mind they see a rise in calls and people needing support. Money raised during Mental Elf can them us ensure nobody faces a mental health issue alone.

With support and sponsorship we can help Conwy Mind support more people, answer more phone calls, and speak louder for everyone affected by mental health in Conwy.
