Help People in Crisis Before It’s Too Late
Every day, people across our communities are reaching out because life has become too much.
They may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loneliness, financial pressure, relationship breakdown, unemployment, housing worries or thoughts of hopelessness. For many, they are not looking for a miracle they are looking for someone to listen, somewhere safe to turn, and support before things get worse.
At Anxious Minds, we believe people should not have to wait until they reach breaking point before they receive help.
Why This Campaign Matters
Too many people are struggling alone. Some are waiting too long for support. Others do not know where to go, feel ashamed to ask for help, or believe no one will understand.
This campaign will help us provide early intervention, counselling, emotional support, community drop-ins and practical guidance for people who are struggling at crisis point.
“Sometimes the difference between giving up and carrying on is one person who listens.”
How Your Donation Helps
Your support can help Anxious Minds be there when people need us most.
Donations can help us:
£20 could help someone access counselling session.
£50 could help provide urgent emotional support for someone struggling to cope.
£100 could help us reach more people before crisis becomes too much.
Your donation helps provide safe spaces, compassionate support and a pathway into further help for people who may feel isolated, overwhelmed or without hope.
More Than Support — A Lifeline
For someone in crisis, the right support at the right time can change everything.
It can help someone feel heard.
It can help someone feel less alone.
It can help someone take the next step.
It can help someone find hope again.
“You may never know whose life your donation helped change — but to that person, it could mean everything.”
