On Saturday 23rd July 2022, 150 people will be walking the 6-9 miles across the famous and beautiful Morecambe Cross Bay sands over 3-4 hours to help raise funds and awareness for better mental health and wellbeing for people living and working in Lancashire in memory of Sian Waterhouse. Here's how your donation could help:

£5 could answer a call to a person, providing support and signposting to local services for them or their loved one.

£20 could provide 30 minutes of one-to-one support for an adult or child helping them to work through the barriers they are facing to good mental health.

£50 could provide a selection of mental health and wellbeing resources for people facing poor mental health.

£100 could deliver a workshop for a local school, teaching children simple daily activities for looking after their mental health.
