DinoDay is Contact's annual fundraising event to help fund vital support services for families with disabled children across the UK.

This June, thousands of amazing families are taking on the DinoDay Challenge by completing 19 activities of their choice – and you can too! Whether it’s walking 19 miles, taking 19 trips to the park, or trying 19 new foods, this challenge is designed for everyone, no matter their ability. We can't wait to see what everyone gets up to!
