To celebrate DinoDay on 19 June, we're tackling a huge 19 activities. It might be walking 19 miles, taking 19 trips to the park, or trying 19 new foods – so watch this space for updates about our challenge!

Every activity is to raise money for Contact, helping fund their vital advice and support services for families with disabled children across the UK. They’re also a powerful voice, tackling inequalities and standing up for families at a time when public services are stretched and benefits are being cut.

No donation is too small — every little bit truly makes a difference.
