We create initiatives providing employment to ex-offenders, the first of which is XO Bikes. We provide training inside, employment outside & pastoral support on all sides. Over 400 studies show that employment is the single most important factor in reducing reoffending rates.

Story

We train and hire prison leavers, giving them the skills to become professionally qualified bike mechanics.

We refurbish donated bikes, and all profits from bike sales go towards training and hiring more people.

Over 400 studies show that finding employment is the biggest single factor in whether someone re-offends, yet 75% of businesses won't employ ex-offenders.

That's why we set up XO Bikes, the first venture from Onwards & Upwards.
