This October get sponsored to do 13 things for the 13 types of EDS. Get your trainers on and run 13 miles, hold a baking competition with 13 of your colleagues, perform 13 acts of kindness and get sponsored. Use 13 creatively – your imagination is the limit here!
When and where?
Do your 13 things anytime between 1 and 31 October.
Why?
1 in 500 people is living with one of the 13 different types of EDS in the UK today. That’s why we’re asking you to do 13 for 13 this October. With your help we can confront misunderstanding, challenge inequality and support people affected by EDS and HSD.
