This spring, people across the UK are walking 300km as part of the Everyday Mountains Challenge - supporting their own wellbeing while raising funds for Mind Over Mountains.
Because not all mountains are visible.
Many people are facing stress, anxiety, loneliness or loss - and too often, they’re doing it alone.
Mind Over Mountains brings together walking in nature with professional mental health support, creating safe, supportive spaces where people can talk side-by-side, without pressure or judgement.
