HELP SOMEONE OVERCOME THEIR EVERYDAY MOUNTAINS
As many of you know I am hugely honoured to work on the wellbeing team for the incredible Mind Over Mountains. It's an absolute privilege to witness first hand the life changing difference coming on one of our day walks or retreats makes. Its something impossible to articulate, it has to be experienced and I really want to make that accessible to as many people as possible .
I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the outdoors at an early age by my amazing Dad, who passed on both his love and care for people and his love of the mountains. He taught me to believe I could do and be anything and his legacy is why I do pretty much everything I do. I know he would just love everything about this charity so Im taking on this challenge in his memory, knowing if he were here he’d love to climb a mountain with us any day!
Please have a read below to learn more about the challenge and the charity and if you fancy taking on the challenge for your own mental health I’d love you to join me (fundraising is totally optional!)
Finally if you fancy getting a walk in and covering some of those 300kms with me over the next 8 weeks give me a shout, I’d love to share a walk with you!
Lots of Love

This spring, people across the UK are walking 300km as part of the Everyday Mountains Challenge - supporting their own wellbeing while raising funds for Mind Over Mountains.
Because not all mountains are visible.
Many people are facing stress, anxiety, loneliness or loss - and too often, they’re doing it alone.
Mind Over Mountains brings together walking in nature with professional mental health support, creating safe, supportive spaces where people can talk side-by-side, without pressure or judgement.
And it works:
91% report long-term improvements in wellbeing
84% feel more connected to others
76% report improved mental health
WHY DONATE
