The young people we serve are all eligible for Free School Meals. Many have multiple barriers to work including caring responsibilities, have experience of/are in the care system or come from households and families with entrenched third generational worklessness. Our vision is that all young people in the UK, whatever their background, are empowered to fulfil their potential and successfully transition into the workplace.

Your fundraising will enable us to provide intensive paid employability skills training and work experience alongside 6-24 months mentoring support, for young people just like Chloe, enabling them to access jobs they want and careers they deserve to pull them out of poverty.
