Story
Feel on top of the world with Farmstrong Scotland!
Join us for an unforgettable adventure and help support the wellbeing of Scotland’s rural community.
On Sunday 22nd March 2026, we’re heading to the iconic Falkirk Wheel for an event of adventure. 5 fabulous volunteers have stepped up, to step off the top of the world’s only rotating boat lift, by way of a whopping 100ft abseil!
We have Jake, a director from Bryson Tractors in Lanark, Jen & Chris who are rural Doctors, and they are joined by Meghan and Vikki from 2 Clyde Vet practices in both Lanark and Stirling respectfully.
Our fundraisers will be in safe hands with expert instructors guiding through every step of the way. It’s a brilliant challenge, all whilst supporting a fantastic cause.
Any donations can be made to the main campaign page, or choose to support one of our fundraisers directly, by clicking on their individual campaign pages to the right.
If you fancy a challenge in support of Farmstrong, get in touch and lets see what we can create! Just drop an email to Clare@farmstrongscotland.org.uk to get involved.
In the meantime, we would be most grateful if you could support those suspending themselves that Sunday in Spring by donating here on Just Giving!
Farmstrong Scotland is an initiative to help farmers, crofters, and those in the agricultural community, cope with the ups and downs of farming and crofting. It is a peer-to-peer led programme, driven by scientific information and real-life stories, so together we can share, learn and support our wellbeing.
A few small steps can make a big difference so you can live well, to farm & croft well. As better wellbeing leads to better business.
Visit the Farmstrong Scotland Wellbeing Hub on our website, to learn how other farmers and crofters manage their wellbeing, listen to our podcast, watch our videos, or download some of our free resources such as the five steps to wellbeing, how to manage stress and create your own wellbeing bank account.
