This Christmas I am fundraising for MS-UK to help support the 150,000 people living with multiple sclerosis in the UK. MS-UK is a fantastic national charity that provides vital support to those affected by MS including a helpline, magazine and a range of on-line exercise classes, information sessions and support groups to help people keep active and connected.

MS-UK is funded by people like me who want to make a difference. Please help me to ensure that MS-UK is there today and in the future to improve the understanding of MS and make sure that people can get support when it is needed most.

£10 can ensure that every call to our helpline is met with a compassionate response.

£25 empowers health and social workers with a deeper understanding of multiple sclerosis via our online training courses.

£50 could cover the cost of one of our accessible group exercise classes.

£100 ensures that our informative magazine reaches those who may otherwise not have access to it for an entire year.
