Visit the charity's profileRecent unprecedented rains in Sindh Pakistan have caused widespread flooding and devastation. Millions including women, children and elderly have become shelterless, living in poverty and misery. They have lost their crop, cattles and livelihood and there is a real threat of starvation, malnutrition and spread of disease.
The Sindh Doctors Association UK have so far sent relief goods including food supplies, clothing, tents, medicines, mosquito nets etc.worth £12,000 through its volunteers and partner NGOs directly operating in the affected areas of Khipro, Sanghar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Badin areas of Sindh.
The scale of the disaster is huge and the suffering continues. We are launching a renewed appeal to our friends, families and communities in the UK to come forward. Your every penny counts.
