Forever Susan
The Forever Susan Fund aims to improve and extend the quality of life for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) through research.
Susan Ash, much loved Mum, Sister, Nanna and Aunt passed away on 21 January 2024; having battled MS for most of her adult life.
Susan had Relapsing Remitting MS, which later developed into Secondary Progressive MS. Witnessing her painful and traumatic decline over the decades, with little hope of a cure or medication that could halt her condition during her lifetime, was heart-breaking for all of her family.
Sue's family remain devastated by her loss and desperately want to help seek out break-throughs into successful treatments to help those living with MS.
Donations to the Fund will support researchers working in the field of multiple sclerosis research at the University of Edinburgh. It is hoped that the work supported through the Fund will help improve and extend the quality of life for people living people with MS.
On behalf of the Ash family – and everyone who will benefit from this research – thank you for your donation.
