This International Women’s Day, Stemettes invites you to join us for our 'From Roots to Rise' campaign. We are honouring the incredible journeys of young women and non-binary people who have grown through our programmes, from their very first interaction with us to becoming the confident leaders and innovators of tomorrow.
This year's IWD theme, 'Balance the Scales' reminds us that when we take action, whether through time, resources, or donations, we help dismantle systemic barriers. When women thrive, we all rise.

Every young Stemette starts with a seed of interest. Your support provides the soil, water, and sunlight they need to reach their full potential.
Megan joined her first hackathon feeling nervous but excited. Through consistent support, those early experiences laid strong roots. Today, she is an award-winning innovator aiming for a career in robotics and engineering.

Vindya attended her first event over ten years ago. Today, she is a medical student who still relies on the friendships she made at Stemettes. She has risen from a nervous participant to a leader on our Youth Board.
