We are looking to renovate the front of our property so that we can create a gardening project allowing people to develop friendships and garden at the same time. We will also improve the entrance so it is easier to get in for those in later years.

Story

At Age Concern we transform lives. We support people in later years to live life better. This project is designed to do just that for people who love gardening, perhaps may socialise in the open air and it will also open up access to some who can't currently use the front entrance. Help us to do even more to help those in later years.
