Access to clean water is a major concern in Gaza where the population relies on fuel to operate the water wells.
This project will help rebuild a water well in the Al Maghazi refugee camp that will be equipped with fuel to become in use once again.
This project will provide people in the local community with clean, safe drinking water and help families living in the area provide for their children.
The wells require 1,000 litres of fuel a week. £8,000 per week will provide access to water to 7000 families of approximately 40 000 people.
Additionally, the plant can be powered by solar panels, making it an eco-friendly solution to address the pressing issue of water scarcity.
