Gear Up Girl is a fun cycling event, developed to encourage more women to feel confident in riding for fun, fitness and regular travel.
Whether you want to ride alone, with your friends, family or colleagues you can register for the 20km, 40km or 60km ride option Gear Up Girl you can help us highlight the importance of an active lifestyle in the prevention of heart disease.
Heart disease is a leading killer of Australian women: it claims 24 female lives every day and kills 3 times more women than breast cancer.
